Monte Cavallo (Rosskopf)

Several kilometers from the border with Austria at Brennero pass lies the capital of Alta Val d’Isarco Vipiteno.
It had its moments of prosperity in Medieval times, when in the valleys near Vipiteno(Sterzing) there were working mines of bronze and silver ore.

Corno del Renon (Rittner Horn)

The view from Rittner Horn is one of the most popular and easy to recognise in the whole Alps.

San Martino (Reinswald)

50 km long Val Sarentino ( Sarntal ) which stretches between Bolzano and Vipitieno, offers 10 municipalities filled with traditional clothes and crafstwork surrounded by stunning panoramic view of the Alps.
The main village here is Sarentino (Sarnthein) features the church of St.Cyprian with 14th century frescoes.
The great hiking area boasts around villages Riobianco, Pennes and a beatifull lake Valdurna.
